Well the two sites offer two distinct services: Wolfram Alpha looks like it can't be beat when it comes to pulling up raw data and presenting it in a graceful, useable form, and Google is great for, well, everything else. Wolfram Alpha's focus on statistics and cold, hard data will make it more of a threat to Wikipedia more.
