Search engine Google added another tool, Google Shopping, to its platform, enabling users to get information about products and their prices online. It will gather information about products and prices automatically by scanning millions of Indian Web pages and extracts product names, prices and images. Through this information from more than 30 thousand Indian Internet sites can be track down.
Google's research shows that, Indian Consumers on an average spend 35 per cent of their time researching for products online before they make a purchase decision.
